Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-16
This policy covers the FloField landing page (the site you're on right now). It's short on purpose. Using the FloField mobile app? See the app's privacy policy instead.
What we collect
Email address. Only if you join the waitlist. We use it to tell you when FloField launches. That's it.
UTM source. If you arrived via a link with a ?utm_source= parameter, we save that value so we know which channel brought you in. No other URL params are stored.
Analytics events. We use PostHog to track page views, scroll depth, and waitlist signups. We do not send your email address to PostHog. Events are anonymous.
What we don't collect
No names, no phone numbers, no addresses, no payment details. The landing page doesn't have a login, so there's no account data to collect.
No third-party advertising trackers. No Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no cross-site tracking. Just PostHog, and only for the events listed above.
How we use your data
Email: to send you one launch notification when FloField goes live. After that, we won't email you again unless you ask us to.
UTM source: to see which channels (Twitter, Reddit, etc.) are bringing in signups, so we know where to post more.
Analytics: to understand how far people scroll and where they drop off, so we can make the page better.
Where it lives
Your email and UTM source are stored in a Supabase database (PostgreSQL, hosted in the EU). Analytics events are stored in PostHog (US). Both are industry-standard providers. We don't share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your email stays in the waitlist until FloField launches and you've been notified. After that, you can ask us to delete it (see “Your rights” below). Analytics events are kept for up to 12 months, then aggregated and the raw events deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we have, correct it, or delete it. Just reach out (see “Contact” below) and we'll sort it within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK, you have GDPR rights including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing. We won't make it weird.

Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. No silent changes.
